The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin), Granny Smith apple and ripe peach combined with a touch of tarte Tatin, fresh pineapple and a discreet note of butter. The palate is fruity, relatively mineral, well-conducted and offers a small freshness, a certain generosity, tension and a certain suavity. The effervescence is well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, peach and slight notes of pineapple associated with slight notes of white fruit as well as a discreet touch of apricot and plum. Good length. A gourmand wine!
