The nose is fresh and fine. It reveaks notes of white fruit associated with slight notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) and a touch of pink grapefruit. The palate is fruity, gourmand, dynamic, well-built, relatively fat and offers a small tension and suavity. The effervescence is fine and well-made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and slight notes of vine peach associated with small notes of Granny apple as well as a touch of quince, a discreet note of physalis and pink grapefruit. Good length.
