Champagne Denis Salomon – Prestige 2014, Blanc de Noirs – Brut

(disgorgement: 03/2019) The nose is fruity and offers a beautiful definition as well as freshness. It reveals notes of fleshy pear, mirabelle plum and, small notes of yellow berries associated with a touch of quince, almond and very discreet spices. The palate is fruity and offers fat as well as a small minerality. The effervescence is ample. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of quince, crushed mirabelle plum and small notes of fleshy pear associated with small touches of crystallized lemon, small hints of lychee, crushed yellow berries as well as a discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible hint of egg cream. Good length.
