The palate is fruity, juicy, fleshy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, a beautiful gourmandize as well as delicacy. The effervescence is very fine, elegant and well-built. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, juicy/ripe green apple and small notes of crunchy/juicy green peach associated with fine touches of exotic fruits (in the background).
