(95% Pinot Noir, 5% Chardonnay) The nose is a bit discreet. It reveals notes of raspberry and citrus associated with slight touches of rose and a very fine note of pâtisserie. The effervescence is fine, dynamic, rich and incisive. The palate is fruity, quite fat and offers a nice matter. In the mouth it expresses notes of lemon, orange and pineapple. Good length and persistence.
