Champagne Daniel Collin – Tradition – Blanc de Noirs – Brut

Champagne Daniel Collin – Tradition – Blanc de Noirs – Brut

(30% Pinot Noir, 70% Pinot Meunier) The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of quince and beeswax associated with a vinous hint and a discreet touch of citrus (orange) in the background. The palate is fruity, well built and relatively gourmand. The effervescence is well made. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, mandarin and quince associated with slight notes of apple compote and a discreet note of hot peach. Good length.
