The wine has a pale salmon pink color with orange highlights. The first nose is chiseled, with aromas of citrus fruits – we find the notes of grapefruit, bitter orange in the background and lemon zest. Then, we smell the aromas of vine peach, crunchy apricot, as well as tangy red fruits (raspberry, cranberries, fresh strawberry) and wild rose. The finish offers a touch of limestone minerality, fresh bread and yeast. On the palate, the wine is round, gourmand, even slightly vinous. We find the gourmet flavors of yellow peach, apricot, raspberry, fresh strawberry, as well as grapefruit (with good bitterness), orange zest, a touch of berberis, wild rose and cherry yogurt. The finish is savoury, fruity, rather persistent, with a good level of acidity and a very slight bitterness at the end of the mouth. Round, fruity, the bubbles are quite fine, moderately persistent.
