Champagne Christian Briard Cuvée Rubis Rosé – Champagne Rosé

The wine has a salmon pink color with orange highlights. The nose expresses gourmet notes of fresh and roasted red fruits. We find the aromas of fresh red cherry, roasted red cherry, morello cherry, crushed red currant and raspberry, combined with a fragrant floral bouquet – fresh rose, dried rose, iris and berberis flower. There is also a lactic touch of cherry yogurt and a touch of fresh brioche. After aeration, the wine also expresses a delicate bitter touch of grapefruit. The palate is gourmand, with a pleasant bitterness of grapefruit on the attack, a round and fruity mid-palate with flavors of vine peach, strawberry, morello cherry, roasted red cherry, red currant, as well as fresh rose and of iris. The finish is tasty, delicious, with good bitterness, a touch of cranberry syrup and a lactic touch of cherry yogurt and brioche. A fruity, pleasant and round champagne, with beautiful acidity and balance.
