The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a fine juiciness, a small straightness, a fine acidulous frame as well as a racy minerality. The effervescence is very fin, well-built and offer dynamism. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of juicy lemon, juicy vine peach and small notes of juicy green apple associated with fine/discreet hints of quince/Mirabelle plum as well as an imperceptible hint of toasted almond/biscuit (in the background). Good persistence.
