The nose is frank and offers a small intensity as well as freshness. It reveals notes of toasted almond, fresh nutmeg and small notes of lemon associated with small touches of fresh apple, lychee as well as fine hints of juicy tangerine and white flowers. The palate is fruity, racy, well-balanced and offers juiciness, freshness, minerality, a small chiseled side as well as an acidulous frame. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of lemon, crunchy vine peach and small notes of fresh apple associated with small touches of lychee, lemon blossoms as well as a subtle hint of fresh hazelnut and dried almond (in the background). Good, sapide and gourmande persistence.
