(disgorgement: 02/2020) The nose is pure and offers a small power, elegance as well as a good definition. It reveals notes of quince, mango and small notes of kumquat associated with small touches of small yellow fruits as well as fine hints of cloves, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of dried wheat / spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine tension, juiciness, subtlety, roundness as well as elegance. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of juicy quince, juicy kumquat and small notes of lemon associated with a touch of citron, zest, small yellow fruits as well as subtle hints of dried almonds, dried hazelnuts and a very discreet hint of dry oak. Good length.
