The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of quince, lemon and citrus zest associated with a discreet hint of honey, warm brioche and a hint of egg cream (after aeration). The palate is fruity, well-balanced, round, relatively gourmande and offers fat as well as suavity. The effervescence is fine and well-built. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, lime zest and a fine touch of mandarin zest associated with a slight note of yuzu, white nectarine and a discreet note of pear. Good length.
