The nose is fruity and fresh. It reveals notes of fresh lemon, fresh pear and ripe white peach, combined with slight notes of egg cream as well as a hint of honey and muesli. The palate is fruity, fresh, well built and offers a discreet minerality, fat and a nice acid frame. The effervescence is very fine and dynamic. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of lemon, quince and fine touches of clementine and mandarin zest combined with small hints of white fruit, white peach as well as a discreet touch of pineapple, honey and muesli. Good length.
