(base 2015) The nose is elegant, racy, full of accuracy / delicacy and offers a beautiful precision, deepness as well as complexity. It reveals notes of dried almond, cherry pit, nutmeg and small notes quince associated with a touch of yellow peach, a fine touch of crystallized / jammy fruits as well as discreet hints of spices, toasted hazelnut and a very discreet touch of pâtisseries. The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, racy, while length / stretched and offers gourmandize, a small aerial side, deepness as well as complexity. The effervescence is elegant, precise and beautifully fine. On the palate this Champagne wine expresses notes of lemon, citron and small notes of yellow peach associated with fine touches of white peach, ripe apricot, discreet hints of lychee, almond, nutmeg as well as with a discreet hint of acacia and egg cream. Very beautiful length and acidulous persistence. Superb precision!
