The nose is fine, elegant, straight, classy, slightly gourmand and offers much elegance. It reveals notes of lemon, fresh apple and slight hints of crushed peach, fresh raspberry associated with a subtle hint of fresh cassis as well as a discreet toasted hint/brioche on the background and a subtle vinous hint. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, precise, perfectly straight and offers tension, a slight acid frame, gourmandise as well as suavity. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of raspberry/fresh strawberry, fresh/ripe pear and slight notes of ripe vine peach, ripe lemon associated with a subtle/discreet hint of kumquat, brioche as well as a very discreet/imperceptible hint of butter (in the background) and a subtle vinous hint. Good length. Beautiful aromatic, suave and gourmand persistence.
