(40% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier) A beautiful creamy mousse. The nose is elegant and fine. It reveals notes of lemon, pear and apple associated with discreet notes of zest and a discreet touch of eggs cream. The palate is fruity, gourmand, suavity, relatively fat and offers minerality, tension and a good volume. The effervescence is very fine, dynamic and elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of white fruit (pear, apple, a touch of white nectarine) associated with slight notes of citrus (lemon, mandarin) as well as a touch of eggs cream, a discreet vinous touch and a discreet touch of pineapple (in the background).
