The nose is delicate, elegant, beautifully built and offers a beautiful maturity of the fruit. It reveals notes of white peach, mirabelle plum and creme brulee associated with slight touches of sugar cane, dried / roasted nuts, roasted pineapple and a hint of brugnon compote. The palate is fruity, fine, delicate, elegant, suave, straight and offers creaminess, a good maturity of the fruit, a beautiful freshness and a certain roundness. The effervescence is creamy, fine and very elegant. In the mouth this Champagne expresses slight notes of lemon and pineapple combined with a discreet touch of tangerine, walnut as well as very discreet notes of cooked fruit and a very discreet touch of honey on the finish. Good length and persistence. The finish is suave. A beautiful Champagne but I advice to keep it in cellar for a few years (3-5 years).
