The nose is fresh, fine and offers a slight creaminess. It reveals notes of white brugnon, vine peach and quince associated with hints of peach compote and discreet hints of apricot. The palate is fruity, dynamic, fresh and relatively gourmand. The effervescence is relatively creamy and very fine. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of nectarine, vine peach and slight notes of mandarin combined with a touch of orange, beeswax as well as a hint of brioche and a discreet hint of apricot. Good length. There is a slight bitterness on the finish.
