The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers juiciness, delicacy, a good definition, freshness, a small crystalline side as well as generous fruit. The effervescence is fine and slightly creamy. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy lemon, pulpy / juicy quince and small notes of juicy peach associated with small touches of apricot, small yellow flowers, peach flowers as well as a discreet hint of dried almond and an imperceptible hint of verbena (in the background). Good length.
