Chai César – Divin 2024 – Pays d’Oc

Chai César – Divin 2024 – Pays d’Oc

The nose is fresh, mineral and offers juicy side of fruit. We find notes of fresh apricot, fresh yellow peach and small notes of flowers associated with fine vinous hints (even, discreetly, of brioche). The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, freshness, a good definition, a certain juiciness, suppleness, fat as well as roundness. In mouth this wine expresses notes of pulpy brugnon, juicy apricot and small notes of crushed yellow peach associated with fine citrus/mandarin hints as well as fine hints of iodized. Good length. Nice fat and finesse in its fat. Juicy persistence with a very discreet, almost zesty hint.
