The nose is roasted, fresh, marked by rancio and offers a schist side. It reveals notes of rancio, fresh walnut and small notes of small black fruits associated with touches of small jammy black fruits as well as hints of almond. The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, minerality as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, black plum, morello cherry and small notes of small dried fruits associated with touches of tobacco, pâtisseries, caramelization and a discreet hint of toasted almond. Good length. A subtle tannic hint in the background.
