The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is quite aromatic and expresses notes of Williams pear, orange zest, fresh grapes and yellow peach. There are also fine touches of apple blossom and acacia. On the palate, there are flavors of ripe stone fruit in syrup (peach in syrup, fresh apricot) and poached pear, accompanied by the acidity of candied lime zest, which refreshes the bouquet. The wine has good length, a delicate mousse and a pleasant smoothness and balance on the palate.
