It expresses notes of fresh raspberry, red currants, a touch of red cherry, yellow peach and pink grapefruit in the background. The palate offers a round texture with a fine oily side and the delicacy of ripe fruits. It expresses flavors of wild strawberry, red cherry, crushed raspberry, vine peach and a delicate bitterness of pink grapefruit. The acidity is supple, but refreshing. Good persistence on a fine bitterness. A juicy and gourmand rosé.
