Cellier des Princes Réserve 2022 – Ventoux

The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is very fruity and juicy. It expresses notes of morello cherry, tart red cherry, roasted red cherry, black plum and blackberry in the background, combined with a touch of white pepper, dried Mediterranean herbs, dry stone in the background and a hint of violet. The palate expresses dominant fruity flavors (strawberry, black plum, roasted red cherry, morello cherry, raspberry jam), combined with a toasted and peppery and slightly herbaceous touch (dried aromatic herbs). The finish is warm, moderately persistent, with notes of crushed red fruits and kirsch cherry. The tannins are fine, but structured and perceptible. A good level of acidity and a slight bitterness on the persistence.
