The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is aromatic and fruity. It expresses notes of tart red cherry, strawberry, red currants, crushed raspberry, a hint of rose and violet, as well as fresh thyme, white pepper and toast in the background. The palate is greedy, juicy and offers a fresh fruity material, as well as a straight tannic structure. It expresses flavors of blackberry, black plum on the attack, associated with notes of strawberry, crushed raspberry, balsamic, violet and white pepper in the background. The tannins are grippy on the finish, balanced by a salivating acidity and a fruity and slightly chocolatey finish. Good persistence on black fruits.
