The nose is fruity, gourmand and tight. It reveals notes of violet, blackberry small notes of small brilliant red berries, associated with a touch of small roasted-elegant red fruits, a hint of creamy small fruits and a discreet hint, almost vanilla and floral. The palate is fruity, fresh, with minerality, a fresh frame, accuracy and tension. It expresses notes of pulpy/juicy red cherry, crisp wild raspberry small notes of fresh flowers, associated with touches of roasting, fine hints of mocha and a discreet hint of cocoa. Good length. Fluidity, a coffee bean side and a certain dark in freshness in the background.
