The wine has a deep ruby color. The nose is fresh and tangy with notes of fresh lilac and violet. There are also hints of small strawberry and small red cherry. It is delicate. The second nose opens with small, tangy and crunchy red fruits. Always delicate. The palate is fresh, tangy from the start with small wild strawberry but also small morello cherry. At the same time, there is a touch of undergrowth and vanilla. The tannins are present and persistent on a finish with a salty and mineral touch. We finish the tasting with black fruits and a hint of black pepper.
