The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. After aeration, the nose offers a lot of freshness, a minty touch (wild mint, pine needles at the opening) and a lively tangy frame in its fruity material (red cherry, cranberries, red currants, raspberry). There is also a light floral scent of violet and peony, associated with a herbaceous touch (fresh bouquet garni) and spices (liquorice, nutmeg), as well as a hint of roasting (toasted hazelnut). The palate is sapid, precise and chiseled. The attack is tangy, on juicy fresh fruit (raspberry, red cherry, cranberries, a hint of blueberry), associated with a touch of fresh bouquet garni, dried mint, toasted hazelnut, as well as cocoa nibs, pine sap, liquorice, nutmeg and peony. The tannins are fine, straight and structured. The finish is persistent and chiseled, with a mouthwatering acidity and a good cranberry bitterness. There is also a mineral undertone on the persistence.
