The palate is fruity, well-balanced, a bit aerial and offers a slight juiciness, a slight suavity as well as richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, plum and subtle touches of crushed black cherry associated with a discreet hint of juicy red berries as well as subtle toasted hints, liquorice and a very discreet hint of tea. Tannins are a bit firm and medium size. Good length. The aftertaste is relatively powerful and offers subtle touches of coffee on the aftertaste.
