Caymus – Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 – Napa Valley

The nose is fruity and offers power, a fine grain and a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and small notes of small wild black berries associated with touches of flowers, iris, black olive as well as discreet hints of grey pepper and coffee. The mouth is fresh, fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy frame, minerality, power, elegance as well as gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of black plum, fleshy blackberry, fleshy cassis and small notes of cocoa, coffee and liquorice stick. Tannins are precise and structuring. Good length.
