The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize and a fine richness. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, blackberry and small notes of liquorice associated with hints of crushed strawberry, crushed redcurrant as well as fine hints cornflower, violet and cardamom. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, a good definition and gourmandize. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy cassis, liquorice and small notes of crushed Boysen berry associated with fine touches of raspberry, small black fruits as well as fine hints of violet and tonka bean. Tannins are elegant and well-built.
