This rosé crémant is clear and shiny. It has a salmon color. The nose is fresh and fruity with a mineral touch. We find notes of cherry as well as yellow apple and a slight hint of curry. The second nose is more discreet and also more floral with touches of rose. The palate is fine with a nice discreet effervescence. We have notes of stewed apple, even a little cider apple. There are touches of cherry and blackcurrant. It’s simple and fruity with a slight bitterness on the finish which will pair well with the cuisine.
