The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, a small tension, fullness as well as fat, a certain gourmandize and energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fleshy cherry, pulpy/juicy violet plum, small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of cornflower, violet, tonka bean as well as hints of vanilla/toasted and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are supple. Good length. An imperceptible hint of rose in the aftertaste.
