The nose is fruity and offers power and a fine grain. This wine needs to be put in carafe. It reveals notes of violet, camphor and small notes of black cherry associated with fine touches of wild strawberry, crushed small red berries as well as hints of liquorice, cuben pepper and very discreet hints of black olive. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, tension, straightness as well as a beautiful tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of black cherry, fleshy/juicy blackberry and small notes of wild strawberry associated with touches of small crushed red berries as well as hints of liquorice, tobacco and tea. Good length.
