The nose is mineral and slightly tight/closed. It reveals notes of pear/ripe apple and small notes of quince associated with discreet hints of zests, varietals and flint. The palate is fruity, juicy and offers an acidulous frame as well as juicy fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/acidulous citrus, juicy/acidulous peach and small notes of apple associated with fine touches of quince as well as discreet hints of zests, butter/beeswax and varietal. A very discreet hint almost tannic on the finish.
