The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of pear and quince associated with fine hints of citrus, apple compote and a fine touch of minerality. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dynamic, well-built and offers a nice acid frame, a nice freshness, a fine straightness and a good definition. The effervescence is quite fine and dynamic. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy apple, fresh nectarine and small notes of lemon associated with touches of quenette as well as a subtle hint of mirabelle plum and beeswax. Good length and good persistence.
