The nose is relatively complex. It reveals notes of flowers (lilac, cornflower, a touch of iris) and a touch of leather, cherry, cassis combined with slight notes of blackberry and a touch of black tea. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cherry, cassis, blackberry and sour cherry combined with a touch of dried cherry, fig, slight notes of flowers and a hint of blueberry, woody touches and a few slight notes of vanilla (in the background). Tannins are fine and integrated. Good length.
