The nose is fresh, racy, sincere, and crisp. There are notes of crunchy green apple, apple blossom and, more slightly, pulpy nectarine, combined with fine touches of the sense of place (local biotop) as well as discreet varietal hints and an imperceptible, almost iodine-like touch. The palate is fruity, juicy, bright, gourmet, a nice purity of fruit and a little chiselled, elegant, nice roundness and volume in finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crisp green apple, tart lychee and more slightly pulpy nectarine combined with touches of lemon, a fine touch of zest and a discreet hint of carambola, a subtle/imperceptible hint of sense of place. Sapid.
