Beautifully complex and floral nose with intensity as well as fine grain, racy and quite powerful. It reveals notes of kumquat in syrup, dried fig, tobacco and smaller notes of white pepper associated with floral touches as well as hints of sage/ rosemary and discreet hints of spices. The palate is fruity, acidulous and offers precision, an acidulous frame, a good definition as well as a small gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of lemon zest, juicy/ tangy mandrin and small notes of tobacco associated with touches of small dried fruits and hints of racy minerality and a good toasted hint/ roasted almond. Good length.
