The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers finesse as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of Bigarreau cherry, cassis and, small notes of, small red berries associated with fine touches of wild raspberry, fine hints of olive tree as well as discreet hints of spices and very discreet toasted / caramelized hints (in the background). Tannins are structuring. Palatability on the finish.
