The nose is fruity. It reveals notes of orange zests, marmalade and small notes of quince associated with slight touches of candied white fruits, cedar as well as hints of spices. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced, precise, well-built and offers tension as well as a beautiful juiciness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied mandarin zest, marmalade and small notes of roasted pineapple combined with slight touches of juicy peach, candied lemon, juicy physalis, spices, honey as well as discreet hints of gingerbread / biscuit and vanilla. Good length and persistence. There are hints of caramelized mandarin, mirabelle plum and quince on the persistence.
