The nose is fruity, fresh and offers a certain minerality. We find notes of bright red cherry, bright strawberry and small notes of cornflower, blueberry associated with touches of nutmeg, olive tree as well as a hint of Timut pepper and a delicate almost infusion/candied orange hint. The palate is nicely fresh, mineral and offers gourmandize, a tangy frame, tension, precision as well as beautiful energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy blackberry, juicy/pulpy raspberry and small notes of cherry associated with touches of orange/mandarin, hints of small roasted blue fruits, licorice stick, toasted, sweet spices as well as a subtle hint of black olive and toasted. Tannins are elegant, precise, racy and slightly mellow. An almost powdery side on the finish/persistence. Great freshness!
