It reveals notes of ripe cassis / fleshy, fleshy raspberry / blackberry and small notes of fleshy cherry / blackberry associated with a touch of blueberry, lily, discrete hints of zan, black olive as well as a very discreet hint of camphor and sense of place. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, racy and offers suavity, a beautiful gourmandize, a good definition, a beautiful ripe / fleshy / juicy fruit, an acidulous frame, finesse as well as a very discreetly tight grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy raspberry, fleshy / juicy cassis and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of blueberry, hints of liquorice / zan, chocolate as well as very discreet hints of vanilla, cornflower (in the background), chocolate and an imperceptible hint of sense of place. Tannins are fine, elegant and racy. Presence of an imperceptible hint of coffee and bitterness (good bitterness) on the persistence.
