The nose is aromatic and offers power and a fine grain. It reveals notes of wild strawberry, bigarreau cherry, small notes of plum associated with touches of ripe redcurrant as well as hints of cornflower, liquorice and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a mineral/juicy frame and tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy red cherry, wild red berries, small notes of violet associated with very fine touches of lily as well as discreet hints of sweet spices and mild tobacco. Tannins are well-built.
