The nose is aromatic, elegant as well as relatively fine and gourmand. It reveals notes of cocoa, blackberry and small black berries associated with a hint of crushed raspberry, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of cuben pepper and slight touches of toasted wood. The mouth is fruity, mineral, fat, silky, soft, sleek and offers a nice matter, a fine mineral frame, a fine acidity (in the background), dynamism and a good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of blackberry, raspberry, small red berries / redcurrants and chocolate combined with hints of cassis, toasted wood as well as slight hints of chocolate, cardamon, spices and a discreet hint of tobacco. Tannins are fine and well-built. Good length.
