The nose offers a fine intensity as well as a fine freshness. It reveals notes of fresh raspberry, lilac and small notes of fresh local grove associated with a hint of olive tree as well as fine hints of red fruit and a discreet hint of Cuben pepper. The mouth is fresh, mineral and offers a fine acidulous frame as well as good tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crunchy cherry, crunchy red berries and lighter notes of fresh violet associated with fine touches of local grove / olive tree and very fine hints of sweet spices. Presence of very discreet hints of toasted hazelnut on the persistence.
