Castelli del Grevepesa – Settimo 2020 – Toscana Rosso IGT

The nose is beautifully elegant, delicate, complex and deep and offers a certain fleshiness of fruit and a fine, elegant darkness. It reveals notes of blackberry, small fleshy black fruits associated with touches of crushed strawberry, bigarreau cherry as well as discreet hints of cornflower, bourbon vanilla and a discreet hint of cardamom and toasted hazelnut. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, gourmandise, a mineral frame and precision. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of roasted-elegant cherry, violet and small notes of small crushed blue fruits associated with touches of sweet blond tobacco, small crushed fruits as well as hints of chocolate, balsamic and a subtle hint of crushed black olive and tobacco.
