The nose is aromatic and offers a certain elegance. It reveals notes of sour cherry, plum and chocolate combined with slight floral notes and a touch of vanilla. The palate is fruity, well structured, fat, sleek and offers a certain minerality, a mineral frame, a small tension and a beautiful unctuous matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and blueberry associated with touches of fig, black cherry, chocolate and a discreet touch of raspberry. Tannins are fine, well-built and a bit firm. Good length and persistence with notes of black fruit jam and chocolate / liquorice.
