(70% Nebbiolo 30% Vespolina) The nose is aromatic and spicy. It reveals notes of bay laurel, blackcurrant and small notes of pepper associated with fine touches of pulpy small red fruits as well as a subtle hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, an acidulous structure, a certain slight tension, precision as well as a good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of cherry, small wild red berries and small notes of violet associated with touches of redcurrants, hints of bay leaves and a subtle hint of spice, almost truffle (in the background) and pepper. Tannins are racy. A very discreet saline hint in the background.
