The nose is fruity and slightly spicy. It reveals notes of raspberry, black cherry and small notes of cassis / small berries combined with touches of toasted oak, flowers as well as a subtle hint of tonka bean, black olive, sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a slight mineral frame (racy minerality), a very slight acidity (in the background), a slight juiciness as well as suavity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, crushed blackberry and small notes of berries associated with touches of toasted oak / wood, tonka bean, spices as well as a very discreet hint of garrigue / olive tree (in the background) and colas. Tannins are fine and a bit chewy. Beautiful chews on the finish. There are touches of red fruits / juicy blueberry on the finish / persistence.
